Jane Terris is a Reverse Therapist living and working on the Surrey/Sussex border. Her main interest lies in helping and improving people's lives through the treatment and tuition of Reverse Therapy. She also includes techniques developed whilst working as a therapist and formulated in her book ‘Up to Me’ written under the pseudonym of Mary Ancillette (Available in paperback and kindle).

She has various personal experiences to contribute to the therapy as she has suffered from Fibromyalgia, Clinical Depression, and CFS/ME for many years prior to discovering Reverse Therapy. Since then, she has been free from symptoms and wishes to impart this wonderful gift to others.

Her three children give her great support and have each benefited from this therapy, incorporating it into their own lives. You can never be too young or too old to learn Reverse Therapy as it enables an honesty with yourself, ensuring a healthier and happier way to live.

Previously to becoming ill, Jane was a qualified Sports and Remedial Therapist running a busy clinic in Cranleigh. Her passion, to ease peoples suffering, has been apparent all through her life in different forms and this, Reverse Therapy, is a way she can fulfil that.
